Robmar 1141 (Instant seal without gluing)
Seals immediately any threaded connection in piping carrying gases or liquids under all normal conditions for the construction industry, bottled gas for domestic use, as well as industrial piping in general. The product has been successfully used since first marketed in 1997, in circuits with acids or alkalis, steam, natural gas, liquefied gas and fuels of all kinds. Being made of vegetable oils, it is not toxic and can be used in piping for drinking water.
Robmar 1141 thread sealant is a combination of SEALANT, LUBRICANT, and ANTI-CORROSIVE. Practical results using Robmar 1141 show that it is among the cheapest ways of sealing threads available.
A 55 cc tube will seal up to 90 3/4 inch threads and the 190 cc tube seal about 315 of same - for threaded connections up to 7/8 inch, it is only necessary to put sealant on the start of the male thread. We suggest that on larger threads it be applied also to the female.
The formula of Robmar 1141 is based on vegetable oil elastomers, highly resistant to oxidation and which coupled with inert materials forms a thick paste of high tensile strength. The penetration measure by ASTM D 217 is about 340 and the drip point over 200 °C, it has in fact been used in boilers at up to 300°C.
In all normal threads used in the construction industry, the product will comfortably resist to pressures in the order of 500 p.s.i.. Precision threads will offer much higher resistance and has been successfully used with pressures of 5000 p.s.i...
Composition: Vegetable oils, PTFE, resins, inorganic pigments and dispersants.

Robmar 1155
The seals Robmar 1155 threads was developed from the beginning of the thread seals Robmar 1144, to meet the demands of our customers in the process changed the resin base, combined with acrylic polymers, along with the same amount of PTFE to ensure maximum sealing with these changes, we achieved an extremely fast cure, decreasing from 20 minutes to 2-5 minutes and turn eliminate their semi-secativa and elastic texture to a fully secativa and firmly resisting higher temperatures and variable found between the flanges and threads a GLP container such as those found in requalificadoras facing more variable and extreme conditions of the LPG market.

Caution: Wear gloves and goggles, keep away from children and pets. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with water, if swallowed seek medical attention.
Robmar 1144
Meets the specifications contained in standard EN 751-2-1997 Class "C". Product with formulation based on synthetic resins, has excellent characteristics that allow great variations in temperature and pressure. Associated with its sealing power, the Seal Max 1144 product has great spread and adhesion, which guarantees total coverage of the thread threads.
The product does not harden, it is semi-drying, remaining elastic and with a consistent texture, providing a perfect seal. Even after one year of its application it still remains rubbery and its flexibility can be noticed.
Product: Semi-secative.
Composition: Synthetic resin, PTFE, fillers and inorganic pigments.
Aplication: Water pipes, compressed air, acids and alkalis diluted liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), natural gas, crude oil, etc.
Packing: 500 g pots, 4 kg buckets.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
1. Consistency = Greater than 400 (ASTM D 217-52 T).
2. Color = White / Gray / Blue
3. Specific Weight = 1.20 Gms / Cm³
Note: The consistency can be changed, according to the customer's needs.
